I have allways heard not to worry about things that you cant control. However to me worring is the new form of fight or flight responce to dangers. In a concrete sociaty the danger is not immediate but it is there regardless whether one worries or not. I also believe that worring about a situation is all right if you solve it it a timelly matter even with some counseling. buy danger in a concrete sociaty I mean bills, health problems and or family problems ect

Worrying can be a good thing because it shows people that you care but it can also end bad for you. What I mean is turning into emotional stress or depression. Think about it.

Worrying changes nothing other than giving you a headache and raising your blood pressure. In the bible, God says to be anxious for nothing and that through Him all things are possible and that He won't give us more than we can handle. So, I personally see absolutely no point in worrying. Have a blessed day!

I don't think that worrying really helps with anything, I think it just causes stress. And stress can cause many many issues. Try not to dwell on things to much. Think about it and try to figure things out but dont think about it much.
