I had a dream my girlfriend broke up with me but we were still talking and she told me she was driving some other guys turck around. Well that guys ex girl told me that that him and my girl have been having sex.... And then Instantly i was standing outside these houses by the street and it was PITCHBLACK outside. I could hear something breathing and walking RIGHT by me but it was too dark to see... it brushed against me but didnt notice me..it was this giant Rotwiler....i made a noise and it noticed me, but just kind of sniffed me and kept walking....i started walking acrossed the street away from it...and started running after a minute....it had its eye on me the whole time and started chasing me when I ran...I had to jump on top of this car and dented the roof all in - it was jumping on the side snappin at me....Im not afraid of dogs at all really --- and then i just kind of sat on this dented roof ignoring the dog and starring back at where i was originally standing...thats it

I'd say it means that you're subconciously worrying about your girlfriend having sex with someone else, and the dog represents that fear, chasing you down. In the end, you ignore the dog, which might mean that you're in denial.

a minor car detail is that the truck your girlfriend is driving seems to represent this new guy, and later on you dent the top of another car in, which might be seen as you getting even or something like that?

I would psychoanalyze that as saying that perhaps you feel that you aren't being good enough to your girl and subconciously you think if you don't stop acting so ignorant that she is going to leave you. The dog is a self test showing you that you really are afraid but put up a good front because you think you are smart enough to deal with anything that comes your way because of the difficulties you've been through in your life. But life keeps snapping its teeth at you and you keep standing defiant and putting yourself up on a pedastill to keep above the rising tides. You know that this is ignorance in your mind, but you don't know what to do about it. You feel that asking this question on yahoo is an outlet for these guilty feelings of giving blank feelings toward people most of the time when what you really want is to be able to just be yourself. You're probably upset because you think with this attitude you are going to eventually lose a girl who is probably very nice to you. But if she is that nice, then should be yourself with her so you can make sure you don't spend your life with someone who wouldn't really be willing to accept you for being yourself. Am I making sense? Let me know if I helped. Don't be afraid to loosen up a little and start getting more talkative with her about what you've been through. If you have told her already, then remind her once in a while that you need her to remember she is there as a friend, not only a lover. And that if she can't be your friend, you need to figure out how to break off your obsession with her sexuality. Sex isn't everything. And to answer another question, some people never get it my brother. Some people just don't want to get it. It's very very strange. In other words, she may never want to hear you out and you won't be able to get through to her because of HER ignorance, not yours. Now you'll have turned the table around. But as long as you are in control of your life, sometimes you can't convince people they need to change. People have to want to change.

The dog could mean fear it sounds like you are being left alone in the dark about your girl friends life also we do have dreams for a reason in your dream you were also talking to another girl the dark being you cant see whats going on your insecureity could do more harm then good also you were still talking to your girlfriend in your dream i think you should talk to her while you are a wake and tell her about your dream if you really care. good luck

You're afraid your gf is going to leave you because of some dark secret you are keeping from her (the rottweiler) and in your dream the girl has left you and you felt that the secret came back and did get you. Tell her what this secret is or things will only get worse.

If you seriously want an answer to this question, this is mine: It means that you are human. You dream; you may or may not have what would be considered 'normal' insecurities; and you have loose thoughts left over from the infinite thoughts that you have had in your life. Your brain entertains itself with these 'loose thoughts' when you sleep. That is my unprofessional opinion.

It means you are not 100% trusting in your g/f. Having the dog snap at you is how you will feel if you falsely accuse her of it.

By the dog not biting you, your subconscience is telling you to let it go...no harm was done. She was not cheating on you in reality.
