Totally! Very common for businessmen to wear a dark blue suit with a yellow "power tie" and I think it would look really cute in a tanktop/shorts combo, too!

YA! That can be totally cute... my room used to be decorated in those colors. Something to try.... to make it look like those colors really belong together, add accessories that tie them together. Like a bracelet with those two colors in it! Or maybe a blue necklace and a chunky yellow bracelet. The accessories can make or break the outfit! =)

Yeah that will match....like i have this really cute yellow tank from Lacoste and these dark blue bermudas from hollister that i wear all the time.....ppl say i look really good in that outfit.

Sure why not I mean as long as your acessories match and so do your shoes you'll look good and it will work and look great!(If you wear ugly shoes or ugly makeup or something it will look horrifying but if you wear blue and yellow bracelets yellow sandals or something it will be wonderfull!)
