how often do you go out to eat?(in a restaurant)

pepperoni and extra cheese. i dont go out to resturants too often once every couple of months maybe

1. Bacon and pineapple pizza (but the bacon must be really crisp for this to be a good pizza)
2. Five cheese pizza
3. Spinach and tomato (from Zachery's in Berkeley)
We eat out about once or twice a week, usually to a place where the kids can play (like McDonald's).

In addition to zee pizza sauce, I like extra cheese (you know, the never-ending cheese string) and pineapples. Green peppers every now and then are quite tasty as well.
I don't go out to eat that much...can't afford it.

We go out to eat at a sit-down restaurant about once per month. We try to go to different ones each time.
McDonalds, Wendy's, Burger King - usually about once per week.

I love just plain cheese. I don't mind pineapples every now and then.
Not very often to a sit down restaurant.

Cheese, mushrooms, onion, black olives, bell pepper, fresh tomato, sausage and extra cheese. I get quality carryout once a week (sushi) and then we eat out just on vacation.
