first the pain killers now this?
after all that bashing he gave on his show to those who take drugs illegally, this is certainly justice. But the question is, will his conservative friends bash him, or justify his drug use with some spin?

Did any of you very smart and independent people, actually listen to his show yesterday? Or are you just saying stuff about Rush, that your friends told you, or that the liberal press informed you about?? Why would you comment on something, that you know absolutely nothing about? It's no wonder, the rest of the world look at us, as a bunch of know-it-alls.. You are a very good example of the up and coming graduates, that we all can't wait till it's your turn.. Maybe you would not be here, if it wasn't for viagra, did you ever think about that? I hope, when you are in your 50's, that you will not need to use anything to help you make love to someone, because if you do, don't forget what you said about Rush!!! He is gross! It's not the point of it being Viagra it's that he is on probation for 18 months. He is not suppose to have any prescribed medication on him and since when do doctors put their own names so that you can keep your privacy? He's violated the terms of his deal. The most disgusting part of this is that there is someone out there that is willing to be with him. Yuck!

He was just testing the latest research regarding the use of viagra as a heart performance enhancer by mountain climbers...perhaps he was hoping for a two-fer, and figured he'd be able to think clearly and gain membership in the mile-high club simultaneously!!
I suspect the detainment deflated him a bit?

I do not understand how it could be legal to carry a prescription for yourself, but it be in another person's name? Although Viagra is not a narcotic, he should have not taken the chance by doing this. If he wants Viagra, he should have purchased it down there and thrown it away before flying back to the US.

His doctor prescribes the mdicine to himself, so it wouldn't show up in Rush's records...
which begs the question:
WHY does Rush think that medical records are being examined for embarrasing contents and WHO would be doing the examining?
The Bush administration has been giving the go ahead for SO much corporate data to be handed over to their cronies in the NSA...
c'mon NYT - Keep looking. What else are they scrubbing for campaign dirt and custom-tailored campaign advantages?

I read it on the front page of Yahoo and MSN this morning. It seems like things that aren't important make the news every day. My husband is always telling me to keep abreast of current events but if this is what I'm going to be bombarded with...public embarrassment and other such nonsense, I'll stick to playing video games on a console where the outside world can't reach me.

Oh Please, viagra is the least of his worries, poor guy has to pass a urine exam for what is it? A whole year, he sure got his wrist slapped didn't he. I guess with all his problems the viagra is supposed to cheer him up. With any luck, he will OD and turn into a sex offeneder.

What woman in her right mind would let HIM near her??? Does he really get it often enough to necessitate Viagra? I am having a hard time wrapping my mind around this one.

Viagra is said to help uplift the penis, but what about his face? Why did he not get caught with a "do it yourself" face lift kit?
