toolbar (missing icons)?

help i cant get my t oolbar set properly, their is no arrow for the back button and other things are missing too im on windows xp thanks

Go to VIEW on the menu and then go to TOOLBAR. Make sure for IE it is set to standard toolbar and for Windows Explorer, make sure its set to standard buttons. The VIEW option is on top with File, Edit, etc.

Right Click on ur Tool Bar and click on Standard Buttons!
