can a person having yahoo id chat with another person having id on msn or skype or gmail without having to get a yahoo id. Can you tell me any MULTIPLE MESSENGER SOFTWARE OR SITE that helps me do this ?

u can not log in to yahoo and chat with some one in msn because these are 2 diffrent server
but there are some programs that u can login with yahoo msn Aol and ... with each other but not chating with diffrent server

Both work using distinct service providers, one is yahoo , the other MSN. Since there is no agreement yet (and I do not know if there are plans to do some) probably this will not be possible.
You may have still some workarounds:
use an Internet messenger if you cannot have the same messenger due installation issues:

Also if you like to use a single program to handle or you messengers you could use Trillian.

Technically, if you put the yahoo email address as the "MSN passport" signon name. Just download MSN messenger and talk right to him/her.

U in for alot of ****. i'd only recast my photo of my laptop.. in case you dont have one, study out of your blunders. Get Nortan Ghost 5. Reinstall your laptop/abode windows, and immediately make a backup. That way, next time at the same time as it does ensue, you could recast your photo decrease back in less than 10mins.
