Yes. Consult with your Obstetrician. There are exercises you can do that allow working out up to the point you are not comfortable working out anymore. You may want to ask your Gym if you can suspend your membership during your last trimester.
Things you can do are: lower weight levels with increased reps, stretches, yoga, swimming and other things -- if offered at your gym.
Get a recommendation from your OB. They can tailor your workout to your unique body and conditions.

get a written ok from your obgyn first. then talk to the trainers at the gym. they should have someone on staff that can tell you what is best to be doing. My best friend is pg currently and we go to the YMCA together and (for free) they taught her the correct way to use the weight machine when you're pregnant and how long she could do each machine and also what cue to look for to tell her when to slow down or stop.
good luck! they say the more fit you stay during pregnancy the easier your labor will be... especially if you keep your stomach muscles fit.

Absolutely!! We shouldn't stop taking care of our bodies just b/c we have a bun in the oven...If anything, just take it easy during your first trimester. Once you are out of this phase, run your workout by your doc and taking into consideration your status and/or any problems, he can advise you. Walking is great exercise for pregnant women and light weight training until it is uncomfortable or until the last couple of months should be fine. Believe me, keeping in shape now will definetly be a benefit once that little bundle of joy is here and you are trying to get rid of the "mommy weight"!

You can. I know a woman that worked out until birth. Just talk to someone there to find out what you can safety do. And remember to stop if anything hurts or you get dizzy.

when i was pregnant it was safe to do light exercise and i even did prenatal yoga, but don't lift any weights and swimming is great exercise when you are pregnant, just take it easy on your body this is not the time to overextend yourself. i hope you have a healthy pregnancy.

You should talk to your doctor. He will probably want to limit the types of exercise you do and maybe how long you exercise. But as long as your doctor ok's the type of exercise you are doing, it is actually good for you and your baby. Good luck.

Most likely you can but check with your doctor first. Gentle exercise throughout your pregnancy helps when you go into labor. It makes it easier on you.

Yes, but nothing strenuous. If you lift too much weight you can cause a miscarriage.

I would keep it, but I would NOT do any weight lifting. I think cardio and swimming would be fine. BUT NO WEIGHTS. You are in the most critical time period right now. Good Luck.
