If you look up a nude pic of a 14 year old girl then you shouldn't find anything b/c it is illegal to post these pictures. It's illegal no matter who is looking at them

Depends on your state and where you looked up the photo of the 14 year old. If you went on a child pornography site or Googled the chick's name and pulled it that way, by law that's child pornography because it's acessible to everyone. If she emailed the picture to you (which is probably the only legal way to do this) it would be illegal if you solicited the picture. So, lesson of the day is if you truly want to see this girl's body and she wants you to, then she needs to figure out a way to photograph herself (yes, without anyone's help) and hand you a hard copy, which you then need to guard with your life. By why get into that now? Why don't y'all just wait until she's eighteen; at least then she'd be making money and doing it legally. Assuming she's doing this voluntarily anyway.

I'm thinking that it would be illegal, just because she is under 18. It would probably illegal for at 14 year old to look at pictures of naked girls. But, if you keep them to yourselves, and don't have them developed at any photoshop, then there should be no harm.

Yes any porn of minors is illegal! If you are doing it at 14 you will still be doing it at 18. Once your name goes on the Sex offender list it stays there for life!

The very act of taking that photo is illegal. The act of publishing it in any form is illegal. Obtaining it is illegal. The act of making it available to YOU is illegal.
Very good reasons for ALL of those, too.
Lay off the porn, it doesn't do you any good and you don't need it.

well...where are you looking up the pic? online? that would make it illegal for the girl's pic to be on there because she is a minor and anyone who looked it up would be breaking the law. so stop lookin up porn!!! lol
