The water will blend with the acid on your abdomen and the goldfish will die because the water will be too acidic. in spite of if it did not die from that, each and every of the churning and shaking once you flow round would kill the goldfish.

I wouldnt worry too much about lots of water, The fish is dead by now due to the stomach acids and it now becomes more energy for your body..
