i went through a similar situation years ago a plant manager was using offensive language and speaking to me very disrespectively so i told him if he couldnt speak to me in a civil tone then dont speak to me at all...nobody has the right to treat you like a piece of trash ..

It is not professional to use profane language on the job at any time. He/she should be warned, then fired if it happens again.
