i would of loved to have the money..i know it is not a pay off .
it doesnt mean i dont want cheaper gas or others solutions.i just could use the money..and yes i know 100 dont buy much gas..
but so what i could of used the money...i would take the money as
well and a good solution....just because i would take the money
doesnt mean i am agreeing to anything else..i hate politics ..i dont like how people assume others motives ...if people think that is a pay off then send your 100 dollars to me.....i dont have to agree with anything is politics..or take sides on anything.....a person can take no action..doesnt mean chit...to each his own..

It was pronounced dead on arrival at Capitol Hill. It would cost way too much and not have a very big impact on people's individual finances, so while it was talked about, nothing more was done.

i didn't hear about this... shoot I'd take it in a heart beat... it's better than nothing, but I think it should be more like $1,000 to make up for the extra $s I'm spending on gas right now!
