definitely not as far as i know it is a physical impossibility unless for some reason you have either a very long neck or short arms. So i am sorry sincere woman i may have accepted your answer about big brother but i dont believe you on this one!

it's a proven fact. no one can lick their elbow. i think.
maybe one of those crazy circus people who can form their bodies into a pretzel can. i mean. they can put their chin to their butt. why wouldn't they be able to put their tongue to the elbow?
