tech/trade schools, commericals on during the day. Some J.Cs have programs. Or join the Army.
Don't know where you are but try WyoTec. I'm not sure you can only learn choppers, fixed wing knowledge might be a requirement too.
J.C. meaning Junior Colleges or Community Colleges, 2 year colleges
