Not much. Lots of Liabilities, little in the way of assets. I'd at least wait and see if they complete the private placement.

Not much. This is not even a speculation. It falls into the category of gamble and not a good gamble at that. If you go to their internet site, you will find that they do not post any financial data at all. There is probably a reason for that. In fact their site is virtually without information. Probably a reason for that also.
I think you would get better odds at one of the on line casinos
