Does anyone else think that Idol winner Taylor is horrible? Ive been watching the show since season one and I've disagreed with the winner before, but this year was a joke. Paris should have won hands down. I think its rigged.

I love American Idol and I also felt like Chris should have won, but my second choice would have been Taylor. He is so unique and fun. I don't think that he is horrible at all. But, I guess it also depends on the kind of music that you are into. If you are into R & B Music like Paris would sing, then you would like her the best. Everybody has their own opinion.

You have to remember it's not just young people voting on this. There are probably 50,60,and maybe even 70 year olds watching and voting. The American Idol seems to be someone that can appeal to all ages and while I personnally don't really care for Taylor Hicks he does seem to appeal for the older crowd. The only AI I've ever liked is Kelly Clarkson and that's because she decided to do her own thing not follow the AI guidelines. And now she's the only one you really hear about anymore.

I think Taylor is o.k., but, he should not have won. The finals should have been between Chris & Katherine. Chris winning & Katherine coming in 2nd place. Well America we got one right!!!! I also liked Paris but, she should not have been the American Idol.

I thought it was all wrong too. I still thik Katharine is going to be just fine, let's see where Kat and Taylor are a year from now. As for Chris,....I didn't particularly care for his style of music,.....but I think he got screwed. But come folks, he's going to be the front man in a very famous rock and roll band.

I loved Chris and was upset he got kicked off. I love Taylor though hes good spirited and can put on a show. With the right song he sounds great.

i agree with you about Taylor, he is just a big joke!! i personally think that either Chris or Elliot should have won... and yes, i know that show is rigged! they did a special about it on VH1 and they said that all the votes don't get counted, i haven't voted since i heard that... what's the point if they don't get included with the others?

I was rooting for Kathrine- there was alot of conterversey with Chris being voted off because that night that kat forgot her words is when she should have left. When Ryan anncounced that Chris was voted off she even was shocked that she wasn't going home. About a week later rumors spectualed that Chris was aloud to return to the show. but, know one knows what excatlly happen or who voted for who!!

i'm from NC so Chris should've won, Taylor is OK, a different approach, I think that's what they were looking for-someone with a different music genre. paris was good but young, she'll make it somewhere later on i'm sure

basically all of this years idol singers sucked. and taylor was definately horrible. the only thing that matters is fan base and who can get the most people that know them to vote really.
