Hi,
That's an impossible question for most anyone to answer. But, there is one who has the answer--that is God. If you have faith and trust in the Lord (and of course, are a good employee), you will get that perfect job for you! But, please remember, everything happens in His time, not ours. I have this wonderful book with meditations for cat lovers(*see source below). There is a chapter titled, "Opportunity Waits for the Watchful". To quote a few lines from this chapter: "Don't mistake opportunity with luck. Good fortune can fall to anyone, but opportunity comes to those who are prepared, determined, and watching patiently for a door to open. At the sound of a turning knob, look for a crack in the doorway. Then move hastily. Op-purr-tunities abound. Be ready to poise your paw in the door before it is closed".
--Paws for Prayer: Dear God, help me be patient as I look for opportunity, and give me courage to move forward when it comes my way. Amen---

With all due respect to yourself and the others who have answered your post: You will find and obtain a 'steady' job when you become 'stable.' Some would have this dependency created by the government, others would say, "when you work for yourself." Know this: If you depend on another for your income, you are depending on their stability! And there isn't to much that is stable in the world of commerce.
Good luck - been there, done that - don't want to go back!

perhaps your time might be better spent in the real world instead of sitting around asking inane questions on the internet with a donut in your hand

You have to work your way up. Start at an entry level and work hard. You will get recognition and slowly advance. No one gets anywhere without hard work and dedication.
