Help! ..I sold some stuff to a retailer at a wholesale price, stuff that I made. Well... they removed my tag from the product and now i get no credit! This was so important because they get a lot of press, and now if my product gets press, no one will know it was my product, and it may be copied! help!

I don't think there is anything you can do about it at this point.

Next time though, maybe a sales contract that stipulates what they can and can't do with your product. You might also ask why they removed your tag. Was it somehow objectionable to them or were they just trying to pass the product off as their own? If they want to re-brand it as their own, that should have been made clear to you from the beginning.

Good luck! ; )

That depends on what type of products you make. Certain products are required by the appropriate government regulating agency to have the manufacturer of the product listed on the label. If I know what you make, I may be able to provide more info.

You should have thought of that before you sold your product to them. It's theirs now and they can do what they want with it.
