That's an easy question. Since Pi = 3.14, multiply 62 with 3.14 to get 194.68 as your exact circumference, or 186 if you're easily multiplying by 3. That's what I did in 5th grade in 1969.

Circumference is 2*pi*r where pi=3.14 and r=diameter/2.
