Tiago Splitter pulled out of the draft a few weeks ago.

IIRC, his contract with his current team is the issue. I wouldn't be surprised if a team took him in the 2nd round & let his continue to play & develop his game overseas (while at the same time saving themselves space under the salary cap and luxury tax.) He might go earlier than expected to a team that has extra picks in this relatively weak draft, but I seriously doubt he goes earlier than the late 1st.
