For you, do both.
For your friends who can't go sleepover, invite them to skate...
But for those who can do both, why not?
You should choose it yourself since it's your birthday.
Choose the right friends to spend it with as some can be callous.
I'm 15, and I had been spending the past four birthdays at the rink. My friends dedicated songs, and there were fun. We caught a movie after that always.

both would be fun...if you have a choice of just one pick ice skating people might get bored at a sleepover but u wont get bored ice skating

Have a sleepover. That way you'll be with friends and you will get to have fun all night instead of just a few hours.

u could like go 2 the ice rink in the afternoon and then host a sleepover and can tp peeps houses. watch tv all night long. phrank phone other peeps. hav a contest who can stay up the longest.

Sleepovers are cool. You can all stay up and tell TRUE scary stories, wear cool jammies, eat popcorn and see who can stay awake the longest.
