Funny, I thought that my 5 year old son had posted a question.
Undiscovered caves have no length. Therefore, I would surmise zero miles?

The best anyone could do is estimate this, since it would be unknown until it was discovered, and then it wouldn't be undescovered anymore, just unexplored.
