I am curious to know if women occassionally sniff their underwear when taking them off, if so for what reason. I have a asian female friend and she told me she does sometime.

yes ladies do sniff their undies maybe not often, i think they do it to know what it smells of

Yes...yes I do. Sometimes I sniff when I go to the loo because its a nice comforting smell. It has a lovely musky/apricot, warm scent and smells really nice most of the time. Plus its a way to detect if one has a yeast infection...if its fishy or different to your normal scent. AND with laundry...to tell whether you threw your knickers in the wrong pile by accident....ewww....but necessary if you are running out of undies and need some clean ones.

No one in this house has been seen sniffing panties. Maybe your friend does that so that she would know if she has a female infection or not. Having a female infection would cause a odor that is different then normal. That would be the only reason I would think that someone would do that. Otherwise its kind of nasty if you think about it.

To determine if they need to be changed due to sweat; And also to ensure whether a pre-wash soaking is required, or send directly to the washing machine.
Dont let your mind run haywire.
Otherwise I`ll have to bleach it and put it in the fuzzy front loading
washing machine, steam roller press it,hang it inside a plastic jacketed hanger with moth balls.

well, maybe if there is some suspicion of infection or an unusual discharge i can see this not being unusual. obvously most people are thinking in perverted sexual terms. if there is any irregular odor noticed then it maybe time for a gyno appointment or a dr check-up. i see nothing wrong when done for these reasons.

Well yes some women do, you know juss to do a smell check i guess you never wanna be stinkin right? I know i dont cause mines smells good all the time.... I know cause my man says so...lol

YES, I hate to admit this but I do it fairly often.... they just smell so good...lol...Anyway, mostly it's when they smell like sex...like both my hubby and my fluids all together. But, I actually wanted to post this same question to see if I was the only one...thanks for doing it for me. Best wishes

not while taking them off, sometime if i'm unsure of their cleanliness I will, your asian friend is wierd
