Okay hun,
The secret to loosing weight and keeping it off lays solely with exercise. You have got to increase the amount of energy you are putting out. Start simple with a walking program or fitness class. If you you are gonig to go to a gym, recruit a friend to go with you. You are less likely to flake on going if you know someone is weighting for you.

Don't do diet pills. They don't work and some of them make you feel like you are tweaking on speed.

Find out first why you are overweight. Usually it comes down to abuse of somekind as a child/adult (ie wanting to make yourself less attractive to others so you cant form a partnership that may hurt you again) OR family eating habits (come from overeating parents who have their own issues). See a counsellor to help you come to terms with those issues.

To lose weight;
* you need to walk 1 hour every day (start at 10 mins and work up),
* change all drinks into diet drinks only and
* limit junk food to once a month.
* Dont buy snack food at all and
* learn to cook interesting meals with fresh food....it'll give you something to do while your belly is whingeing about being deprived. It will also make you feel more discerning about how things taste...rather than the amount you suck in.

When you were born and how a person grows....the size of your stomach (that round ball that holds all foods) is the size of your fist at the time. Its only that when a person gets stressed or forced that we push the stomach muscle past its limits until the natural OFF switch refuses to function anymore. You need to shrink the tummy a little for long enough so that the metabolism can reset. Dont stop eating altogether as it will make the tummy retrain to turn the OFF switch before you've even eaten anything (like anorexia victims accidently do to themselves).

don't eat lol just kidding I'm trying to lose weight to. just don't eat stuff that has sugar. I've lost 3 lbs only eat 3 meals a day don't eat no snacks an I garrentee you will lose weight! good luck!

get off your bum and do some exercise, eat 700 calories a day
