why not? he's a great actor. besides, his face will be covered with the fires of hell most of the time so you can't complain that he doesnt look it

He plays the role perfectly. Cage brought the Johnny Blaze of the comics to life. Does this mean that his character could be a little cornball at times? Yes, but anyone who grew up reading comics knows they can tend to be that way. Ghost Rider was a great adaptation of the character from the comics. My only real complaint was the acting of Eva Mendes.

It'll only work if Ghost Rider somehow ends up in Las Vegas.

the question should be less about nicholas cage's talent and more about the quality of the story.
i've seen the previews, too.
and, honestly, i'm rather embarrassed for cage. he's a very good actor, so i don't know why in the world he would choose this part.

No! No one else can do this but him. N. cage is an all around bad *** and that is what ghost rider is. It is the perfect part. i would not go see it if that had anyone else!

I can't wait to see the movie. I don't know anything about the comic book, but my husband got all happy when we saw the movie preview. He is a talented actor and hopefully it'll be a good movie.
