what i am currently doing may help you also...

buy 1 carton of quest #1 low nicotine
buy 1 carton of quest #2 ultra low nicotine
buy 8 cartons of quest#3 NO nicotine
buy a two pack of endit fake cigarettes (aromatherapy) no nicotine

start with reducing nicotine...the hardest part for me was stage three on quest cigs...i actually went thru withdrawels for about 4-5 days...dang near smoked one after another...wasn't very satisfying...but i made it...im in 7th carton of #3's and will go to endit next...i know i can do it...maybe you can try this...
good luck...its soooooooo hard to quit

First of all you have to REALLY want to stop smoking, if you don't really want to nothing is going to work. And as for what works best it depends on the person. My dad used the patch and it worked for him. But my husband also used it and it didn't work at all.

it is difficult to throw away any habit...most of us smoke to reduse stress or for fun....first think why do you smoke.....observe yourself when you get intense desire to smoke.
slow and steady wins the race....if you smoke 5 cigars daily then decide to reduce it to 2 ......slowly you will get rid of this ...be serious about your willpower and always remember the side effects of smoking whenever u feel like smoking.
only self discipline and constant effort will help you.

i dunoo. i am still trying to quit..You can try the nicotine patch or the chewing gum..i tried the patch and got the hives. so i am trying to find something else
