If you go for a backyard wedding, make sure it's not muddy. I personally own a dress that has a detatchable train, just in case it got muddy.

If you're going to have an outdoor wedding, you don't want it to be in the middle of the day. Too hot. Try for early morning, or just before sunset, when it's cool. Also, choose a dress that isn't too heavy, you're going to be affected by the heat far more in a dress that weighs a ton.

Tons!!
First of all decorate a reception hall too, can't trust the weather man!!!

Also be mindful of the time of day when setting up chairs, I forgot and everyone was on the "grooms" side, under the tree!!!

Don't have the sun in front of the guestsa, bad for them, bad for pictures. Also a champaign colored gown won't glare as much, and makes you look tanner!
Anything more specific, just ask!!!
