I wear mine with my pajamas on when i'm not in bed just because i don't like how it looks with out it.

I don't like how the wire bras feel when I sleep, so I may sleep without one or wear a sports bra.

It's not good for you though to wear a bra to bed, especially if it's got an underwire. I was always told by my mother not to wear one. And what do you care what it likes without a bra, aren't sleeping??? I totally let my girls hang out, when the pajamas go on

Sleeping without a bra does not make your breast sag. If they sit up, then they sit up and if they don't a bra wont change that. I would say that it depends on what type of bra you wear. If you wear an under-wire bra then I would suggest no because while sleeping the wire can bruise the area between your breast and some researchers believe that under-wire bras have some association with lumps in the breast.

I sometimes fall asleep with mine on but regret it in the morning. I don't know if keeping your bra on or off helps with sagging but I usually don't wear one just for the comfort. Only your husband/partner/boyfriend will see it so unless you are at a pajama party take the bra off!

well u shouldnt
'cause bras can stop the blood from gettin to ur breasts
but once in a while
when ur really tired it's okay to sleep with ur bra on
i do somtimes
but some woman finds it very uncomfortable

i am very careful to buy only bras that are very comfortable, so it isn't a big deal for me to sleep wearing a bra. no underwires.
sports bras are good too.
don't worry about the "you'll cut off the circulation" myth. if you feel comfortable, go for it.

You should only wear one if you feel more physically comfortable that way.
If you feel more comfy without it, be kind to yourself and give your chest a rest from the bra...
Unless a Victoria's Secret photographer is in your room, who cares how it looks?!

NO. I like to be comfortable when I sleep so no thongs up the butt and no underwire bra poking me in my sleep. Unless I am impressing someone then I put on all the sexy lingerie and sleep. Otherwise I am just butt a$$ naked.

IT SHOULDN'T MATTER WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE IN YOUR PAJAMAS, BUT TO ANSWER THE QUESTION NO I DON'T USUALLY WEAR A BRA UNLESS I HAVE TO. ALSO, WEARING A BRA WHEN NOT NECESSARY CAN HELP CAUSE CYST AND OTHER MEDICAL ISSUES.
