Red Robin restaurants is having open interviews today for 8 hours at one of the stores in the area for potential managers.

what should I wear? should I go all out and wear a full suit and tie? i dont wanna overdress and look dumb

please help, the interviews end at 4

For a management position you would wear a suit and tie. Otherwise you would wear what is customary attire at the job you are applying for or one notch better. If the job has you weraing a uniform you wear suit and tie. A Hiring Team interviewer.

I would go for the suit and tie for any job above McDonalds. It is not going to be disfavourable, it shows you care aobut getting the job and how you look, and you're making an effort rather than walking in off the street.

Go for the suit and tie--it's best to be overdressed rather than underdressed!
