I was exactly the same. At the age of fourteen i was a 36DD. I'm in the UK so that might be a bit different is you're in the US. I hated them - they bounced bigtime when i ran, got unwanted attanetion from older men who didn't realise i was a minor etc, and i hated buying bras coz all my friends could get nice, small ones with tiny thin straps and stuff, and there were never any nice ones to fit.

Theres a coupla things you can do - first of all, in order to make it easier to run, you need to invest ina good sportsbra - www.lessbounce.co.uk specialises in them.

Secondly, you need to learn to love them, and indeed just learn to love your body - start by remembering that guys find you attractive!! You've got ana amazing boyfriend who loves you for who you are, so remember that too.

Another website that is great www.bravissimo.co.uk - it sells really sexy underwear, sports tops, halter tops etc etc with bras built in, bikinis and swimsuits. They're all for girls with size D plus breasts, and they're really youthful too.

I hope this helps. Amyeighteenlancaster.

excersising can help. my sister was a cheerleading and she had double d's and she wasnt fat either. she would wear a regular bra and sports bra or 2 sport bras. now if ur boobs continue to cause u severe back pain, the surgery would be covered under ur insurance or ur parents insurance. now just because u have big boobs doesnt mean u have to flaunt them provocatively, wearing shirts that shape ur boobs or show alittle of the clevage line is very flattering, but u also dont have to cover them up completely. as long as u carry urself as a lady that will generate from the inside out in whatever u have on!
o and jcpenny has nice, supportive bras that are not too expensive with matching panties. u always gotta match!

Sorry, but unless they magically shrink, you'll want surgery by the time you are 18. Mine are D's and went up to DD during pregnancy. If you are already getting backaches, it will just get worse. My Mom's are huge and she is looking at surgery. But after living 40 years with them, she has huge grooves in her shoulders from the bra straps and the back problems. And I know its hard finding tops and dresses that fit you correctly. If you like a big chest, consider going down to a D. But you honestly need to check about what age they'll do it and if your parent's insurance will cover it fully. I know its hard to think about at such a young age, but it will just get worse as you get older, not better.

Crunches are supposed to strengthen the upper back. You are right about not wanting surgery. If you have breast reduction surgery, you will not be able to nurse a baby later. A few people say their breasts are smaller after being pregnant and nursing.

A good bra is always a choice! ;)

But remember you´re still young, so your body´s going to change a lot. In a few years you´ll feel more comfortable with your boobs ´cause you´re body will be "ready" for them!

You need a really good bra with lots of support. Maybe something with underwire.

Wow. don't be ashamed of them though. Just try to work with them. Surgery could mess them up. They are yours and you don't have to show them to anyone if you don't want to.
