All over north beach, and I guarantee you if Italy's playing that will be the place to be. Steps of Rome Caffe is a fun place to see it with crowds spilling out into the street:

There were a couple of other caffes up there showing matches. There's a German restaurant near the embarcadero whose name I can't remember that's also showing them. You can probably see them all over the mission too.

Ireland's 32 on Geary st. and 3rd avenue. Its one of my favorite bars in San Francisco and sure to be showing the World Cup.
