i guess its because women feel kind of protective of themselves when other women are around. They feel as if they have to make the other women look bad so they look good. Women have always been like that and some will always stay that way too.

I think it's because all women are in some sort of competition with each other no matter their individual circumstances. I have no female friends, haven't since puberty. It seems like other women are afraid their man will want me and so they wouldn't even want me around long enough for me to be seen...unless they are swingers, I have had many of those female friends... but that's besides the point. I certainly wish that we as women could be less fierce about our feelings about ourselves and our mates, but that is unlikely to happen. Best wishes

Because women view eachother as competition, and they need to be better than the rest-- or they need the attention..i've seen some caddy girls in my day-- it gets better when you're outta highschool

Because wemon are kiniving theives and manipulating bitches. They like to compete with each other, just like men. Just in different ways. Expecially if you are married then you don't want any friends b/cthey might take your man.
