Okay, I loved playing the sims only because I really enjoyed building the houses and decorating them. Is there a game out there where I can focus on decorating houses and stuff? Probably not, but I thought I'd ask just in case.

I know it's not a game but IKEA's website allows you to pick a room setting and use some of their furniture and they show you how it would look.

Of course try Animal Crossing for the Gamecube you do a lot of house decorating in that game.

I don't know of any off hand but maybe a japanese import game would be about decorating. They oftentimes have unique games like that.

i think that if you go to behr.com there is a section that lets you paint the walls and choose the color of the furniture it is pretty neat.. i wouldn't consider it a game but it is as close as i can get

Not really, but would recommedn reading magazines on this, because you get excellent ideas.
