a setting or condition that can fulfill all of humanity's needs and satisfy all of their wants....capable of existing on an individual scale (while highly unlikely), but realistically impossible on a societal scale since all needs/wants vary from person to person...

Created model of imaginable social (external) structure in which you supposedly will be happy. Nothing external may bring happiness. In that case you are the one who serving external structure which would make you happy, and it imply certain unwilling labor from your side...Unwilling labor is not freedom at all, and Utopia offering freedom. That is an unsolved contradiction which we are all suffering whether in Utopia, or in existing societies, or in a family, or in relationship....So Utopia cannot really exist for that reason. Attempt to build Utopia according to carefully chosen plan will emerge another society with all existing diseases and imbalances just will be look different. We already had all the experiences of it.
You have to be happy within first....then your happiness will manifest externally , pleasing you. And you do not have to please external Cause, for it is not actually a cause but effect. Cause still be the one who creates out the Idea- human in this case.

Utopia is usually characterized with its perfection especially in the aspect of society. But from the idea that it emphasizes a perfect society, it would lead to a "nothing". First of all, we are human beings, we are limited and imperfect, from this idea, it is clearly impossible to think of something that is perfect because the idea of perfection can never be universal, it can be a perfect society for one but not for the other. How can it be perfect society when it doesn't apply to all? Moreover, the idea of perfection that is a product of an imperfect being, is something not really logical... its like a mango tree having a product of an orange, is it possible? Naturally no. Lastly, the idea of Utopia leads to "nothing", let's assume that there is a perfect society, but does it exist? No, its only in the mind... it is nothing, it cannot be grasp or whatsoever... =)

The idea of Utopia, is as has already been said the idea of a perfect place. However it has an additional meaning of perfection that cannot exist. The word Utopia actually means no-place.

utopia by definition is flawed in my opinion, we have everlasting life, all good and no evil, All tangible and intangible needs and wants without any required effort to obtain them; A perfect balance between the individual and society; and Complete knowledge

Now thats all good but its flawed greatly, to begin no one wants to live forever, death must be required to maintain a population balance, but I understand people dont like death its painful to them, but not to the dead, in my utopia we would take a note from our friend the deer, when someone dies we turn and look, then go on with our lives,of course after disposing of the body, in a non ritural death.

Next all good and no evil, thats find a great idea, but the only problem with thats is who interperts good and evil, I think people picking there nose is evil, others may not, so we would all have to come to some sort of understanding that others a Human, just like us, and not harm each other, and not harm things around us, that does away with alot of things

All tangleble and intangleble thing requireing little effort to obtain them, no this creates an idle society, where no work is done, wieght gain, and it contridictes another of there points of a perfect balance between the individual and society, without required work people want have to be a part of society, theres always a better way to obtain things, just by going after them thats it

Next complete knowledge ccontridicts again with the point made above, without knowledge no schools, again not being a part of society, and there probably more problems with this point but let me now explain my UTopian Society

My Utopia is where eveyone is friendly, everthing is accomplished without little problems and errors, everyone working together, we regard everyone as Humans and as humans we can not harm each other, or we may harm ourselves(I could break this down to you but I dont feel like it), anmials are left as they suppose to be we love them, because there animals and what we know is apart of this earth, yet we still maintain the food chain, but we dont put a strain on it as we do now, everyone is insured purvisons of this earth, a piece of land, a home, food, clothing and work, there is no homeless people, unless they want to be, dieases are cured, yet we still get the common cold(we need a shake up in our immune system evey now and then), technology is no longer abused, war is never waged, grass is always green during the spring and summer, snow always fall during the winter, there is a grearter understanding of all things and all things are us we are perfect , hormonius, and peaceful, night and day never ends, and the seasons always pass, people love to walk, and they love their jobs, kids get good grades, and there are no labels to be applied, we are happy
