what is the best way to fix windows starting problems?

I turn on my computer and it can't find where to start windows. Is there an app. out there to fix this?

change the settings of your start up.

they are in Start-->run. type 'msconfig'.
hit Enter.
that may give u some results

Actually no there isn't. YOu may have to reinstall windows. The good news is that windows will re-install over the current one and you may not neccessarrily lose any data.

It should just start. If not, it probably needs to be installed.
