No way, its not a one sided story, the English supporters were antagonised and hunched into a confined space. tempers flared. both side were to blame. in any case if u invite guests to a party n they make a mess you dont expect them to clear up do you!

The English have been making messes at World Cups for a very long time. Look back to '98 when someone was killed after the Argentinians knocked them out...
Then their clubs were kicked out of European football, ages ago, because of fan trouble.
I don't think there is much FIFA can do, they have already tried to stop known offenders from travelling, but it hasn't worked.
