When the barometric pressure rises I can feel it in the knee that I had surgery on back in 1979. When it is really high it causes me a lot of pain whereby I don't want to walk around since it is very painful and that definitely can effect your mood.

Yes it can. People who get migranes tend to have more when the pressure changes drastically. High humidity makes people testy.

yes, when there is more pressure weighing down on you it makes you more tired and less active
