Absolutely no contest Stevie wins by a mile and I am not saying that because Frank has not scored any goals I am saying Stevie because he has just about everything going for him. I also wish F Stevie, Frank & all the other players all the luck in the world for Saturday

I think lampard is the better of two its just that his freedoms are limited he is a better free kick taker than beckham and gerrard and is one of the best attacking midfielder in the world.If not he wouldn't have won the fifa player of the year award next to ronaldinho but gerrard is different he inspires the team and is a good leader.

Yeah, Steven Gerrard is much better in my opinion. Lampard is struggling to hit the target and Gerrard has managed it. Also his leadership qualities are superior too.
Either way, I wish them both well for the game on Saturday. COME ON ENGLAND!!!

Steven Gerrard is by far a better all round player and is certainly the form player of the two at present.

from the last few matches and the job gerrard has done in liverpool. the team captain and a outstanding performance personally. Everytime.GERRARD is a MILLION ZILLION TIMES BETTER than lampard.(and thast why lampard cant stand that)

Steven Gerrrard is the kind of player who makes things happen... you watch any of England's games... he is a very exciting player... Lampard is good too, but he is the kind of player who does not attack as much... he is a lot more cautious. He is important to the team... but I think Steven is better because he has got that killer instinct.

Hi Fran, yes gerrard is the better player, being a liverpool & preston fan has no influence on this statement. And if sven played a 2-4-4line he would shine.
