Yes you can drink mares [horse] milk which has a lower fat content than cows milk.
Horses in general tend to be more disease resistant that cows. Their diet is mostly an organic and natural foraging and are BSE and TB free.
You can now buy fresh but it is priced as a delicacy costing 11 euros = £7 per litre. Mares milk can be ordered freeze dried and you would be able to make up as required.
Mares milk is the closest milk to humans with many antibodies that help neutralize viruses and bacteria. It is often fed to premature babies.
It has a constituency of semi-skimmed milk and a little sweeter than the cows.
It would be a choice for yourself as to which you prefer but becoming more popular in UK since BSE scare.

Yes you can if you r really desperit but in the U.S.A. we have cows milk so you don`t need to but in some countrys they do drinks Horses milk because they can`t have cows like in Mongolia. Also Ancient soilders would drink blood from thier horse by slitting a vain and drink a small amount while ridding for long ditances, but plese don`t do that. I have never tryed Horses milk even though i have horses with foals so i would say I Preffier Cows milk because i don`t really want to try horses milk yet.

You can drink milk from a horse. I tried some from my mare and it was sweet. I think mare's milk tastes better than cow's milk, but won't be drinking it because she needs it for her baby and you sure can't buy it in a grocery store (around here anyway).

You cannot drink milk from a horse. Cow's milk, or soy-bean milk would be better to drink, anyway.

I guess you could but milk from a horse would taste terrible! Also, they don't provide as much as a cow. I have had horses all my life and never had the urge to taste it.
