The best one that you can get that is cheap, looks nice and does work would be either cover girl or maybelline. The thing is that when you get the wet and wild like brands, they tend to wear off quick and some can even cause your skin to break out. By the wording of your question you sound younger so those are the 2 brands I would look at.

For foundation chose something that is light in feel and is not oil based. I would look through Cover Girl for that. Then get a simple powder, translucent if you can. For blush Cover Girl has a couple of nice things like their new CG Bronzer and Instant Cheekbones Countouring blush. If you use either of these do not over do, does use to brighten and highlight your face and cheekbones. Since this is cheaper blush then be careful not to throw it around as it will break easy. Then for your lips, get some nice colors, nothing too light or dark and get a gloss, it is youthful and hip. For your eyes, just a nice brown eyeliner and I would reccomend the Maybelline Great Lash mascara. Remember keep it simple and light!

Be careful getting really cheap make up it can irratate your skin. With bad skin it's hard to look good no matter what makeup you have. I think just look through the weekly ads that come in the mailbox for the drug stores. I browse them for sales then go to the store and stock up. I also like Avon they have great sales and the makeup doesn't irratate me.
I have gotten stuff at the doller store it's usually revlon brand or something else the colors are usually for darker skin tones..because this sister is sheet white! So just browse around you'll find something good!!

The cheapest makeup you could use, I would have to say is prescriptives, or Sephora. Sephora is cheaper than clinque and other brands but if I was use go with expensive base, foundation and blush, then when it comes to eye makeup go for Rimmel or Sephora is cheap its like $4 for the slim eyeliner pencil, or Cover girl.

The cheapest, you should know, is the dollar store.

Stop selling yourself online! Stick to the question!

best and cheapest are pretty much oxymoron's when it comes to makeup. cheaper products aren't necessarily going to give you good results and in some cases can be bad for your skin. check out victoria's secrets; right now they're having the semi-annual sale and all of their color is 75% off. it's quality make-up and right now is an awesome price!

Prestige is good line for eye makeup, great colors and affordable. Covergirl Tru-blend foundation and powder is highly recommended and pretty cheap at Wally-mart.

buy the sunday newspaper. almost every week there are coupons for cover girl. cover girl, in my opinion, is the best inexpensive makeup that is readily available. just wait for a sale and use your coupon. also, avon has some really inexpensive makeup and you can order from them every 2 weeks. they have new sales all the time!

For cheap makeup I would say Wet N Wild. I used it when I was in junior high. Then, I realized that quality was more important, not price.

Everyday Minerals at everydayminerals.com. The company sends samples for free. You just have to pay for shipping, which is $5.
