gastroskesis isnt as bad as she made it sound i ws born with it, but i do aggree the only over the counter meds i was able to take when i was pregnant was delsum and thats for a cough. other than that youll probally have to tuff it out or see if there is a nasal spray you can take like saline, that will help your nasal passages drain better.

you're going to have to tuff this one out without meds. decongestants are really dangerous to take when you're pregnant...especially when you're only that far along. over the counter meds such as sudafed have been know to cause a disorder called gastroskesis in the children of people who used it while pregnant. basically if you're child develops gastroskesis, after you give birth to him/her they're going to have to puncture their abdomen and stomach to run a feeding tube into the stomach. it's a miserable disorder to have, so i wouldn't even risk it, since most of the nasal decongestants have the same active ingredients in them.
