Why are women less into casual sex than men?

I know women enjoy sex as much as or more than men. But clearly men are the ones who more desperately want it--especially with a new and different person. I wonder how women truely feel about this. Do women want to have casual sex as much but are afraid? Do they have something inside them that makes them much more choosie? Why are so many men trying to get laid and can't and yet there are more women out there? What is going on in women's heads that creates this difference?

Women are goverend by many outside forces. Do they love sex. Yes they do and they benefit much more form it than do men (hence the multiple organism thing). But they have stresses that men do not. Regardless of the "new world order" they now enjoy women are still goverened by the old "sexual rules". Sex is good with one man, you're a slut if you bang away.

Throughout time women have always been concerned about sex. In the old days sex meant babies. In the old days women with babies without a man typically starved. This has been ingrained in them like ducks flying south for the winter. Regardless of this "default programming" they can still "override" this and have a hell of a lot of fun.

This is only 2 of the many reasons that women are so finicky about casual sex. Also remember they wll eventually want to settle down. Typicaally men whoo marry want ladies, not sluts. Also women who have a desire for an abundance of weiner make piss poor wives. You're a fool if you think your "Pepe" is so good that it will keep a wild woman in check for a lifetime.

Woman just have an easier time getting laid, that is a simple fact. Maybe they don't have one night stands or brief relationships as much cause there is no victory in it as there is with a man. However, in my own personal oppinion, I have no problem with casual sex when I am not in a relationship. Actually I have only had two real relationships thus far (hopefully this one sustaining). Relationships in my mind are way harder, I don't fall fast, and I find them complicated and draining. Casual sex is easier, you get the satisfaction of getting laid, and you can just as easily walk away when they become anoying.

note that what i am about to say is not true for every man and woman, but there are definite patterns of behavior.

remember that we humans are animals just like everything else that moves on this planet, and one of our most basic instints is to reproduce for the survival of the race. now we can reason unlike many other animals, but underneath that reason is animal instinct.

a man wants to procreate as much as possible. that is why he can do his part of the reproductive dance quickly and over and over again. after the sexual act, most male species are out of the game.

but a woman, who takes on a burden during the reproductive stage, and who takes it upon herself to nurture and care for the child, will not want to have sex until she can find a mate that will produce a strong healthy child....and what she wants to populate the earth with. why do you think women have a thing for strong guys that are well hung? in nature these are the types that are likely to survive AND be able to reproduce. After all, a woman has a limit on how many babies she can have in her lifetime and its a risk and an investment for her. she'll only want to do it with the best.

now we of course have reasoning to overlay all this basic animal stuff, but i think that is the innate reason that women put more emotion into sex than men do....its more costly for us. there is no cost for the male...he goes for as many females as will have him. of course there are factors today that cut into this ability to go from woman to woman, but that doesn't mean this isn't where the basic urge comes from.

just my opinion griz, but i don't think women are into casual sex at all as much as men are. i think women are into sex because of emotional reasons not because they are horny. Yes women are more choosie and they are wise when it comes to sexual decisions. i think women think twice and men just think with there penis. sorry i don't mean to sound sexist, i really don't. we are just two different species thats why there are so many misunderstandings and communication barriers between us. we aren't made to understand each other. just made to try.
