the music is blaring, the lights are as low as can be, and there is hardly any room to walk! sometimes i would buy an outfit and go hom e to see that it doesnt even match! i didnt see this in the store because the lights weren't bright enough. at the hollister near me at least, the workers are less than willing to help me but dont have a problem flirting with their co-workers. i love the clothes, but it is difficult to shop in. what do you think?

I agree with you! I am so glad to finally hear someone else say this. The only person who ever agreed with me is my boyfriend. There is no room to walk and you can't see anything because it is so dark! And the employees are so lazy! And that horrible music! Ahhh! And what is up with the outside of the store? I didn't even know what was in there untill about a year after the store was built. I went in and was like, "Ohhh this is that Hollister store all the teens shop at!" Plus they are way too expensive for what you get!

Very hard to shop at Hollister.

The music's too loud. Even if the brand rep's [employees working the floor] offered me some help, I wouldn't be able to hear them over the music, which isn't even that great.

The brand rep's stare and right after you touch a sweater on a rack or something on a table, they immediately go over and fix it, even if it hasn't even been moved. Makes me feel like a burden, instead of a welcomed customer.

It's so dark that it's hard to see exactly what color the shirt is or what size the pants are. You'd think they'd turn on some more lights in the dressing room, where you actually try stuff on and decide whether or not to purchase. But I guess not.

And it's always packed with little girls and their moms. It's so hard to move around in there.

But it smells good in there. They spritz it with their fragrances or something like that. And I love that television wall thing they have of the Southern California beach.

i totally agree, i feel like i am high or something in there, the lights are WAY too dark (i love lighted stores, they are more cheerful) plus with no room to walk my patience runs very thin

i agree i never get help and the one person who actually offered help got fired! all they do is flirt and say "omg! no way!" i recommend shopping online youve already been there so you know what sizes you are and plus the computer doesnt lie when it comes to colors.
