I can tell you what to stay away from. Milk and dairy products, citrus fruits, tomatos and sauces made from tomatos, and anything spicy. Soups are good, if you keep it basic. No chilli, of course, but chicken noodle or beef veggie would probably be ok. Chicken is easy to digest, especially skinless breast of chicken. Maybe turkey breast lunchmeat. You should really see a doctor. Problems like you are having can be signs of something really serious. My friend was having heartburn really bad, and she found out she had acid reflux. She is on medication for it now, and doing much better.

Two things that I have heard are good for indigestion is Ginger and Lemon. However I would suggest talking to you doctor, as it could be a sign of something more serious. Not to scare you or anything but always worth getting checked out just to be sure!

You should not have that problem this day in age. Ever hear of Prilosec? It does work. Take it from a dummy who let it rule him for years.
