Each day I read about terrorism and the forrien threat.I read articles trying to show how this is a real threat and how it must be stopped at all cost. Each day I see how we can;t stop crime in our own neighborhoods and yet we think we can make the world a better place. Before my family spends its resorces on going on vacation we pay the bills and take care of our own familys needs, I think of this as real family values. Not running up our credit debt to pay for non-essential wants!

All in the news reports. You will notice headline stories are national issues that they spend several minutes on reporting and doing on scene reports from. While a murder or rape in your local neighborhood are towards the end of the broadcast in a short 2 minute story. Maybe we should start writing or calling our local news stations and ask them to report more on the local issues. This is the thing that gets people riled up in the mornig and cause them to call other people and discuss it. I also share your outlook on this situation.
