I would like to see
1. Venom (care less if he's in 3, I want him to be in the 4th to!!!)
2. Carnage
3. Lizard man (they have shown him 3 times now in human form)
4. Scorpion
5. Spider Doppelganger

I would love to see carnage. That almost gaurantees the return of venom in some way and that gives the spiderman movies a darker feel to them. It makes them a little more mature.
