over the counter stuff is no good as you can only use on hands and feet

dr. scholls is the only thing that works for me. sorry if that doesn't help.
otherwise i would go to a doctor and either, freeze or burn it off.

depends on what sort, are they warts my little girl has moloscum? they look like tiny warts but seem to get what looks like a head on them they just clear up in about 12 mths but can be highly contageous iff you havent done so go see youp gp.

If you go to the doctors, they can arrange to have them frozen off.
I had it done, hurt like hell but not for long, and got rid of them
