My downstairs nieghbors have three young boys, which they obviously can't control. And even though I've lived there for two years, they just started complaining about my letting my cat outside and now the nasty hag wants be to ask her if it's alright before I can sweep my deck and water my outdoor plants...because the dust lands on her patio and the water drips over the edge. I just feel like she's overreacting...I'm just trying to live! And I let so many things slide with these people. It's irritating.

I lived 11 years in an apartment complex that was orgionally quite. After the first few years it started getting bad as new people moved in. I would get woke up at 2am with ganster rap music so loud that it would vibrate my walls and wake up my Autistic son from his sleep.

The summer was bad too because a lot of the "African Americans" neighbors would congrigate in the front of their house and party. It was a nice mixture of people when I moved there, but after 11 years people where I lived started calling it "The HOOD" or "The Ghetto". Nothing but fights in the parking lot, rudeness, and drugs.

Thank goodness I was finally able to move out to a better and quieter place last year. That was no place to raise a child.

We lived in an in-law apartment (an apartment inside someone's house) once, which made it a bit more difficult to complain about noise and such, and we didn't feel like we had much privacy. College was the worst of course, I don't know how I got through it without going mad. We live in our own house now, and we still have a little trouble with noisy and uncouth neighbors now and then, but it's still worth it to own our own detached house.

Ugh! We had this couple and their baby move in across the hall not too long ago and they are disgusting. They stink up the entire hallway. They always look dirty, they have a couple ferrets and a cat and they are smokers. I have to hold my breath everytime I go into the apartment building! Also, you can see into their apartment from outside and it is a mess! Good thing I am moving out next month!

omg yes every night around 2:00 am. My neighbors have these parties that wake up me and my dog. My dog starts barking and then the land lord asks us to pay a fine because my dog barks at night to the parties. It sucks!
