Yes, and I don't doubt it...anything can happen in your own town, let alone a foreign country. There are many psychos out there, and many greedy people who will do anything for money...

You cannot completely disregard all the events in that movie but in the meantime not all of them are true incidents...You know that these dayz copz are alwayz behind even if someone just standing in a place for sometime...
But do u think that someone can actually walk when her eyes are taken off by a scissor...its very sensitive area and for sure, you wont just stand in if someone put his finger on your eyes...
