Many times I lose someone i thought i just made friends with because either they thought i was to boring, too goody-goody, or they just wanted to be freinds with someone else. Anyway they all end up just dropping me. Then there is another expirence I had when someone i thought was a freind made the mistake of telling a real friend (of course he didn't know she was at the time) that he really didn't like me because i'm weird.

finding out you never had one

I think they both hurt. I had a person I thought was a friend and I later realized all she wanted from me was materialistic things. I was her maid of honor in her wedding and when she got pregnant she called me after about a year asking me when I was going to throw her a shower. WHAT? I was so pissed that I lost a friend over it, but in the end you realize those people are not friends anyway so it all works out. You are who you are. Don't sacrifice any of your individuality for anyone. You are doing the right thing. If someone doesn't like you for who you truly are, even if you are weird, than they don't deserve your friendship anyway.

It hurts both ways, but in the end you always see the bigger picture.

Sorry about that. Well finding out you never had a friend is way worse than losing one.

BOTH HURTS ALOT BUT FINDING OUT THAT YOU NEVER HAD ONE, HURTS THE MOST. LOSING A FRIEND IS A SAD PARTS BUT, YOU CAN GAIN A FRIEND IN THAT PROCESS. AND FINDING OUT THAT YOU NEVER HAD ONE IS VERY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND.... BECAUSE YOU ENJOY THE "FRIEND" THAT YOU TELL EVERYTHING IN YOUR HEART TO THEM BUT FINDING OUT THAT THE FRIEND YOU HAVE HAVE BETRAY YOU THAT VERY HURTFULL.
